近年，人工智能（AI）的應用已經在不同行業及領域開始普及，而向來走在科技前沿的IT 支援行業，亦因為 AI 的出現而迎來不少機遇。筆者公司一直以來都有為客戶提供 IT 支援服務，眼見 AI 已經為我們團隊的工作帶來不少改變。然而在使用 AI 的過程中，我們亦遇上不少挑戰，需要應對與克服。
可想而知，大家都是被近日的ChatGPT風潮所「薰陶」而心生疑惑。
